POSITION: BUSINESS MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business planning in the field of Real Estate development and management or e-commerce;
- Identifying and understanding customers’ needs in order to introduce suitable products and services;
- Planning how to approach, search for and persuade customers to use our products/services; building customers’ trust;
- Researching projects and services of the Company and its competitors; researching on customers’ needs and concerns; researching potentials in the development of products/services; working with the product development team to develop products/services meeting the needs of customers;
- Report to the superiors on business progress and results.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduated from university or higher, majoring in Economics, Business management or other related majors.
- 3-5 years of experience (prioritizing experience in Real Estate).
- Good analytical and collating skills, confident, good interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Problem solving skills, proficiency in office IT.
- Honest, enthusiastic and passionate about the job.
- Male/Female (not over 35 years old)
- Prioritizing candidates with household registration in Hanoi.
