HiLink Corporate Sales Executive
Overview
At HiLink, you are joining a dynamic team of creative individuals, who are driven to meet their targets. We are looking for a new kind of corporate sales candidate, who can not only generate sales but also research and develop new products and services.
Work Scope
• Understand the core value of the products and services of the company.
• Research and develop/initiate new products/services
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with high-value prospects and clients
• Able to generate and convert own sales leads as well as manage allocated marketing enquiries.
• Approach, search and persuade corporate clients (startups, SME, large enterprise) to use our products/services; build customers’ trust
• Monitor sales cycle process from leads to proposals and contract signing
• Keep CRM system up-to-date
• Provide close support to clients and act as their first point of contact
• Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly individual sales targets (KPIs)
• Report to the Sales Manager on business progress and results
Requirements
• Graduated from university or higher, majoring in Economics, Business management or other related majors.
• 2-5 years of experience. prioritizing experience in Real Estate and B2B Sales
• Experience in office leasing or co-working space is a considerable plus.
• Great interpersonal skills, confidence and go-getter attitude.
• Negotiation skills.
• Honest, enthusiastic and passionate about the job.
• Male/Female (not over 30 years old)
• Vietnamese with high fluency in English
